Interlochen Public Library - Tot Time - Hosted by Sleeping Bear Wildlife Fund
This is a free program for children ages 1–3 and their caregivers, designed to support early learning through stories, songs, music, and movement in a fun and interactive setting.
The session will include guided activities introducing basic concepts about animals and their environment, along with hands-on sensory exploration designed to encourage curiosity and engagement through sight, sound, touch, and smell.
Participants will also take part in a simple themed craft activity to support creativity and early motor skill development.
Wildlife Baby Shower
Join us for a Wildlife Baby Shower on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Five Shores Brewing! This event is going to be filled with fun and impactful celebration for baby wildlife season. We’ll have games and crafts, an ambassador animal, and a silent auction. Not to mention Habitat Story will be there for face and arm painting, sharing beautiful, nature-inspired designs for guests to enjoy.
Participation is a $5 donation or an item from our wishlist at Amazon and/or Walmart! We also gladly accept paper towels, nitrile gloves in sizes medium or large, Clorox wipes, and unscented baby wipes. Plus, enjoy $1 off your first beer while you’re there.

Become a wildlife detective and explore the natural world using your senses! A Sense of Nature is a hands-on program where students use touch, smell, sight, and sound to uncover the identities of five mystery animals: beaver, raccoon, skunk, fox, and opossum.
